This policy explains how Spinal Haven (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through spinalhaven.com. It does not cover the medical records we create when you become a patient; those are protected under HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the clinic or on request.
Information we collect
- Contact details you submit — your name, email address, phone number and preferred contact time when you use our contact form or book a discovery call. Please do not submit health information through the website.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Security signals — our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; it processes limited technical data to tell humans from bots.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments.
- To send appointment reminders and practice updates you have agreed to receive.
- To understand and improve how the website is used.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with vendors that help us run the practice and the website, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — customer relationship management, scheduling and communications.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile).
- Resend — delivery of notification emails to our staff.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only with your consent.
Text messages
If you agree to be contacted by text, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics cookies are off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and we protect them with encryption in transit and at rest and access controls.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through the website by emailing recovery@spinalhaven.com.
